It looks like I got scammed...I ordered one and its coming from China. Will just throw it away, unopened. Edit : hard as a rock and broke the 3rd night

Scam product and scam ads
They use fake ads (AI-generated soundtrack of Joe Rogan using this product, which in the original podcast he did not use this product), and the reviews on the websites are fake as well, the product and package look nothing like the one on display. Will give it a 0 star if I could.

This Trustpilot review was setup for SleepMD.net which is no longer operational. The Chinese site that you are purchasing is thesleepmd.co. Somehow, Trustpilot is allowing reviews for their product to be entered here. So, don't trust the star rating. They are not an honest company.

Do not buy this product
Do not buy this product It broke immediately after the first mold, I didn't even have a change to try it over night Both molds fell apart from the plastic and is hopeless to put it back together. They probably won't give a refund on this either. Useless

Why is it that you answer all the great reviews, but won’t give an answer to the risk free money back guarantee? Risk free is just that. Opened or not, are you not supposed to honour the guarantee?

Don't buy this Product!!! Chinese company has hijacked my product name and Trust pilot account. You didn't purchase "SleepMD Anti-snoring Mouthpiece" but rather Sleep MD Mouth Guard.

Their trial policy is misleading
Their trial policy is misleading. Says you have 31 day risk free trial but they won’t let you return it if it was used. I had bought 2 of them and they won’t let you return the other one because you can’t return anything that’s on sale either! Their products are always on sale so there’s never a time you can return the product. WHAT A SCAM! Don’t buy from them!

Uncomfortable and doesn't work
Really uncomfortable to use and easily goes out of shape. I could never get the fitting "tight" despite following the instructions to the letter. I was excited about this product bringing relief to both my partner and I but alas I'll keep searching.

Does not take responsibility for wrong deliveries
Their delivery vendor Gofo delivered my order to the wrong address and they would not make things right. They even provided me with photos of the delivery showing the wrong address and the wrong door and they still denied it was delivered to the wrong address. When I contacted SleepMD they said After consulting with Gofo they were satisfied that it WAS delivered to the right address. Amazed that they have no regard for the facts or photographic evidence that they them selves are providing. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company.
