At first I was a bit nervous about using tape on my mouth but the fabric is very soft and you can actually breath through your mouth if you want to. It is also important to me that it is non-toxic. However, I found the adhesive very intense when removing the tape -I plan to order the smaller size next. Thus just four stars. I had a lovely, helpful response when I contacted Sleep Karma and I will definitely continue to use their product.
