Back in October I bought a king size and queen size mattress from this company in 2 days my life changed I called the customer service thinking I had a 180 day trial period comes to find out that it is only for an upgrade so I could not return the mattresses. I slept in my queen mattress for the first time tonight it is absolutely horrible I've already felt myself rolling to the middle very disgusted in the mattress overall quality

The mattress hasn't arrived on the date quoted. There's been zero communication from sleep gallery on the status. No emails or text messages, yet I get dozens of promotional emails from your company. I called your customer service over a week ago and they said they would get back to me on when it will be ready for delivery and no one has called me. I'm getting ready to cancel the order.

Bought 1 mattress and was delivered within the timeframe displayed when viewing the product. Made a second purchase of 3 additional mattresses roughly 2 weeks later with a no later than timeframe of delivery on the 14th. As of the 12th the product still has not shipped, 7 days after the order. Contacted customer service and they stated shipment will not occur until 7-10 days after the order is processed. This does not align with delivery timelines displayed when viewing the item. Very dissatisfied with poor communication and fake delivery dates displayed.

Bought a massage chair, feet massage don’t work. Customer service is asking for a serial number. I keep telling is not on the chair, I’m very upset can’t used my chair . No is time to make payments. Being ripped off. I’ve contacted custom service to many times . Order number 12882

I never received my item, no reply from the company when I asked about it.

The chair was supposed to be delivered by October 26 at the latest or I would not have purchased it from Sleep Galleria. It is November 2 and there’s still no chair. Furthermore the email from Crst company has no email and no phone number. So I am stuck. I will probably call the Visa company tomorrow and cancel this order since I have no chair

I purchased a Cozzia massage chair for $6,999.99 on September 13, 2022, and attempted to apply a 15% discount Sleep Galleria offered to the purchase price. The purchase came through, but the discount did not apply. I then spent the next seven weeks arguing with Sleep Galleria over their failure to apply the discount they offered. They said the discount was an "IT issue" that should have never been offered. They refunded $500.00 of the total $1,050.00 that should have been given through the discount. I have since observed this is a standard practice as others have complained of this very tactic. I finally received the product on October 31, 2022. I would never shop at this place again, and would strongly encourage anyone considering it to go elsewhere with your business. They are actively engaging in fraudulent business practices. I have never had an experience where I buy a product, get overcharged for it, and have no clue when it is arriving. Their customer service does nothing to address the issues but drags the issue out hoping you will go away. I have filed a complaint with my state attorney general's office and would encourage anyone else that has been victimized by this farce of a business to do the same.

Everything about the process was terrible and I have still not received the bamboo sheets as promised. The level of incompetency is amazing and I will never use this company again.
