The person chat was incredible. Very patient with all my questions. This was the first time we purchased a mattress and box spring online. The delivery process was seamless with consistent communication. We requested a special delivery time which was accomplished. The delivery guys arrived on time, removed the old mattress and set up the new mattress and box springs.

Sleep Galleria was very very easy to work with. By far the best price out of anyone and believe me I checked around. The only issue we has with delivery which was through a company they use but in the end because they had to reschedule 2 times they even sent us another set of sheets. I would absolutely use Sleep Galleria again. They truly were great!! Oh, and we love our mattress too.

I found the website very user friendly and simple to navigate. I haven't received my pillow I yet, because I just purchased one through Sleep Galleria's website. I can't wait to receive it when I do; I'll give a follow-up review.
