Awful company. Its a scam - don't purchase anything from here. I ordered a mattress for my child and was told it should arrive in 2 weeks. Its still showing as in process.... I've tried calling and emailing and they are not responding. Yet I'm getting spammed via email and text with sales offers and they even asked for a review!!!! Well, here it is. You are awful

DO NOT BUY FROM SLEEP GALLERIA!! They are no longer answering calls, or responding to email. My calls get dropped after a 10 minute wait each time. I finally got someone on the live chat and as soon as I gave them my order number I was ghosted. I purchased a couch 4 months ago. Still no couch and no one to follow up with. They are super friendly in the beginning but now ….nothing. They may be going out of business. I’m contacting my credit card and the BBB. I think I got scammed.

Consistent with other reviews, our experience was not good. Ordered a very expensive chair and paid the full price (over $5,000) with a message that it would be delivered in approximately 2 weeks. After a month we had not heard anything. I have tried to contact this company for the past week with no luck. Waiting on hold on the phone for hours. No response to emails. Their marketing and web presence makes them look legit, but I think the whole this is a scam. I have contacted the company to cancel my order and now will reject the charge as on my credit card and report them to the BBB.

Stay far far away from Sleep Galleria. For my order the web site stated, "Nationwide delivery as soon as 4 - 7 business days." 2 weeks later, the order has not even shipped. When I called after 7 days, I was told it takes 7-10 days to even process the order. Today I called back to cancel the order since another online seller can have it to me in 3 days. After waiting on hold for 15-20 minutes, an automated system told me no one could take my call and said to send an email. I've never experienced such crappy customer service. Update: Mattress received 7/8/2023 and was the wrong size. Called sales since I knew customer service was pointless. Got a rep on the line that said someone from customer service would contact me Monday to get the correct mattress sent. No phone call/no email from customer service.

Very unsatisfied. The massage chair that we purchased lacks overall quality. We are literally afraid it's going to fall apart when we sit in it. (And I weight 125lbs....) I asked to return it and they said their policy is I have to wait 30 days. I don't need 30 days to decide if this is a quality item. So I guess it's now going to be a catch all in the corner until I get a RMA then have to package this hunk of crap back up and pay to send it back. Horrible experience.

Item I ordered for surgery patient care took longer then I had anticipated. Due to needing it at a specific date I emailed and spoke personally with customer service that it had not been shipped out yet and please cancel. It arrived today and again I emailed and spoke to customer service that I need a return label as patient had to purchase alternate item and I would like to return the item I thought I had canceled. I received email and spoke with customer service who both stated there is a free return however they will not accept the return before 30 days as they would like me to try the product. When I explained to them the item will not be opened, I am leaving out of town in two days and the patient does not have the ability to return the product at any time , they had no interest in this situation. Pretty slimey company to ignore any circumstances and stick to the fine print pages below rhe original offer of free delivery free return. I would be careful when purchasing from Sleep Gallerie, this policy of trying an item when you don’t want to keep it as if that would make you want to shop their again does just the opposite.

Avoid this Company at all cost. Refund policy is fraudulent and quality of merchandise online is terrible. Arrived damaged and they disappeared. Buyer beware.

Ordered two recliners. Was told 7-10 days to ship. It's been 15 and don't even have a shipping number. They charged my account the day of the order and that was it. All they say is we can't find a shipping number? Then, every day they continue to email ads to buy, buy. buy! I haven't even seen the quality or condition yet. When I do. If not happy I will pass on reviews and go after them through public media. Every sale they lose is a gain for me. I will retract this review if satisfied.
