Sleep Galleria did do their part fir the most part. However they were at the mercy of the delivery company who I would give no stars to. My true grief with Sleep Galleria is that they promised they would make it up to me as it took around a month fir the carrier to deliver my chair after it was in the DFW area. To this date I still have not seen Sleep Galleria refund some of the charge back to my credit card. I was always taught that a person's word spoke of who they are. As well it's what you do not what you say that determines your character.
