I've contacted support several times my chair needs to be repaired. The airbag hasn't worked since I got it. It's been 4 months now with no resolve. Extremely disappointed, these massage chairs are not cheap.

Your installation process and delivery damage my furniture brand new and they damage my wall..it's know October and it's still not fix

I was not given the discount as advertised for being a first time customer. I brought this to her attention and she said it doesn’t come with the mattress I purchased. It wasn’t about what I purchased, it was about being a new customer. She was rude and I had to call back multiple times because she didn’t return my call.

Mattress was delivered and I wasn’t aware it was there. It sat outside for a week since I was out of town. I was not told I needed to pay extra money for setup. I had to call numerous times to get mattress set up and had to drag it in the house. I’m completely dissatisfied with the lack of service given.

Horrible customer service and very misleading return policy. Over a month with dealing with these people and have yet to hear from a supervisor even after emailing multiple times to talk to one with false promises spewed to me each time from a “customer service rep” Will NEVER recommend to anyone and dang sure will never purchase from this money scheming company again!!!

I am still waiting for you to fix the damage to my door and do something about the dirt that’s all over the bottom of my bed because it got dragged across the mud with a ripped plastic cover so do you really wanna know what I think I’d like to know when you’re going to do something I’ve been very patient

My experience with Sleep Galleria was terrible and would not recommend. The product, delivery, & setup was fine, once everything came. My issue is with poor customer service and management response. No one calls you back with answers to why your items are missing, like they said they would. I wish I did a more thorough job in searching for reviews about this company before ordering anything from here.

I would give zero stars if possible. I purchased a massage chair which arrived damaged and it’s been almost 2 months and I still don’t have a replacement part for it. Communication is terrible. I reach out weekly and just get told that they passed the info along to the manufacturer but nothing is getting fixed. Meanwhile I’ve got a chair that I paid $1,300 for that looks like crap because it’s damaged. I’ve asked several times for contact info for a manager or someone to contact from the manufacturer and I’ve gotten no response. I filed a claim with BBB and they have not responded to that either. The massage chairs airbags were also not working but we were able to trace the issue back to a hose inside the compressor not being connected and were able to remove the compressor cover to fix the issue.
