Horrible customer support. Will never buy from here. They don't let you return defective items, instead they offer to ship you another defective item and keep your money. Will NEVER SHOP HERE again!

I bought a massage chair in June . The chair didn’t work. And the whole time of getting the replacement until today. Most of the customers were unfriendly, helpless. Never buy any of their items again in my life.

I neve did receive the headboard brackets that I added on with my ghostbed adjustable bed. and after a few emails still nothing.

I brought this massage chair and after 2 weeks having it...the left arm side STOP working. I been going through customer service and the manufacturer just to fix the problem and Still has not been resolved. I even paid for the extended warranty which is not so great. I ask if the can have someone come to my home and install the new arm but no answer..I just wish I can return this whole item and get my money back

did not show up when they said called me 5 hr early had to leave work then no one was there for white glove treatment so i had to hire people to bring the chair down because i have a bad back this was a horrible experience never buy again

Didn't receive mattress when promise. It tool a month for delivery. Receive my sheets but they where used.

We had an awful experience after buying our mattress. It never even arrived. We began contacting Sleep Galleria after the delivery date had come & gone. And while the staff was polite they could never confirm where the mattress was. The told us it was with the white glove company, but then told us it hadn’t actually shipped. When we tried to cancel we were told the person who handles cancellations was out and they would call us the next day. The next day came & went and we were never contacted. So we called the next day and we’re left on hold. We finally got them to start processing our return after an email request. But it took multiple phone calls and e-mails to get the return process started. But to date we still haven’t received confirmation that the cancellation was actually completed. This was a painfully stressful process and I’ll be happy when we get our final cancellation receipt.

Still waiting to receive both my mattress and base together. I thought both were ordered at the same time but somehow the mattress was ordered without a base. The base was ordered on Sept 30th and still no response as to when it will be expected. I can't have the mattress delivered without the base : (
