After 33 days of emails to customer service and many phone calls with no results. I filed a dispute with my card company about the inability of sleep galleria to deliver my mattress. My final email, a response lead to a special delivery by sleep galleria of my mattress. I was told it was a shipping issue which finally was resolved by sleep galleria.

I was very pleased with my new mattress and bed. Company kept me up to date on delivery etc. Only thing is that it very heavy bed and we struggled some on sitting it up. I would actually like to get my husband a new mattress only. I’ll have to see when & if he wants one

Chair is great. Was not that easy to assemble. Seriously consider white glove delivery. At zero gravity my back pain simply disappeared. It is so comfortable, I will probably miss a lot of shows because I am asleep.

I haven't been in a mattress store in a very long time but I was pleasantly surprised with Sleep Galleria. The showroom is more upscale and relaxing than your typical mattress store or department store and they let my wife and I spend as much time as we needed trying the various options out until we found one that was right for us. The salespeople were friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. I'll definitely be back the next time I need a bed.
