Love the sleepers, but though I'm a back sleeper I sometimes turn on my side where I found them uncomfortable. While sleeping on my back-they're great.

I finally received the product through no fault of Sleeperbuds. The delay was with the delivery, not of the order processing system. Sleeperbuds had no control of the delivery. Once received, we were most impressed with the product. In fact we loved it.

Hi Kevin, We understand your frustration. Please rest assured you are not being scammed and we're continuing to monitor your shipment with USPS. We are observing the delayed but successful deliveries with USPS packages at the moment, and we kindly request your wait until the end of the year. We again apologize for this unprecedented delay and please know that we are closely monitoring the delivery status as well. Please allow more time for the package delivery as USPS is experiencing a very high volume due to COVID-19 and the holiday season. If you follow the link of USPS with Tracking Number: 9400111899220091432902 https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction.action?tLabels=9400111899220091432902 you can read their alert: "ALERT: USPS IS EXPERIENCING UNPRECEDENTED VOLUME INCREASES AND LIMITED EMPLOYEE AVAILABILITY DUE TO THE IMPACTS OF COVID-19. WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE AND REMAIN COMMITTED TO DELIVERING THE HOLIDAYS TO YOU." I hope this helps clear all your doubts. Best, Customer services -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- EDIT: Dear Kevin, We see that your package was delivered successfully. Unfortunately, this issue, wasn't under our control as USPS had a major delay due to COVID. Thanks for your understanding. Best, Josh Customer Service

This is my 3rd Sleeperbuds. The first lasted less than a year. The second is in use right now and is working well. The sound is great and so is the comfort level on the pillow. The only reason I did not give it 5-stars is because it’s difficult to clean from earwax.

The earbuds themselves are very nice. I had a hard time understanding how to pair them with Bluetooth given the instructions. But I emailed the company and was given more detailed instructions. It worked right away.
