Hi Anthony, We apologize for the inconvenience. There could be several reasons for this to not work propery. Have you checked your mobile phone volume output? They sometimes work in combination to the earphones volume. Also there could be the case where the earphones is malfunctioning. In that case you are entitled to warranty. Sleeper Wireless is wireless earbuds specifically shaped and tuned to be comfortable during sleep and relaxation use. To listen to music or ASMR sound, the earbuds do need bluetooth connection to a device. Please know that your order is still eligible for return.
