Hello David, Thank you for the review. The battery life should be much longer than the experienced. It may be possible that your item was defective. Please reach out to our team at [email protected] so that we can address this issue for you. As for the volume level, currently we are not able to program lower volume due to limitation by the latest BT version. Hello Mary, We're sorry to hear of your experience with Sleeper Wireless. Unfortunately at this time, there is no way to shut the LED light on the Sleeper Wireless. Our production team are working on a solution to this problem. Also, it may be possible that the battery on your unit could have been faulty. It may be possible the earplugs are not fully inserted into your ears. If you haven't already, could you please try rotating the earplugs to an angel that you find most comfortable?
