good product, fair price, came on time.

The products that I have received came out to me at the time that was quoted. They were the right items that I had ordered. Their on line catalog of there items was easy to use and easy to to order.

Honestly I never cleaned my parts everyday like recommended so having the Soclean has been a blessing. I can tell the difference of being cleaned daily vs not. The only thing that I do not like is that the adapter hose is made of rubber and I can't stand the smell. But oh well... I'll rather deal with the rubbery smell vs not being cleaned. I definitely highly recommend. And the greatest part is you can use your FSA/HSA account. 😃

customer service is questionable

Found what I needed, ordered it, got it rather expeditously. Really happy to have found this site. Easy to utilize their website, and they have lots of great products for users or CPAP machines. I'd recommend it for those seeking CPAP supplies.

We very recently moved and when I put the shipping address on my order I unknowingly made a mistake. When I looked at my email I saw the mistake and called to try to get it changed before it actually shipped. The lady I talked to was so nice but said she wasn't sure she could get it changed. About an hour later I received another email with the correct address! Love this company and just put in another order. Janice Austin
