Ordered the resmed mini cpap and mask and paid cash. Got that just fine. After a couple weeks got a hole in the headgear and the frame was bent. Asked for a replacement MASK. They sent only the cloth headgear that covers the metal frame. Of course this all happened on Thursday and Friday. Called back Friday, asked them to resend what I originally asked for, the MASK, and ship it on Saturday so I wouldn't have to go the whole weekend without my cpap (already been a night). They told me they would. Of course, it didn't get here until Monday and then it was the wrong mask!!! It was the full size-not the one that goes with the mini travel cpap machine urghhhh will NEVER order from here again.

I AM HAPPY with the SO CLEAN. Happy with the way it operates and easy to understand, and the convienance is great. I did no have however, a bill sent to me with the product and I really expected a statement for my records.
