Couldn't be more pleased! I had a very specific, technical question about the product I ordered and called before it was shipped. Not only did the SleepDirect rep immediately know the answer, he recognized my name from my order and knew it from memory, and offered tips for the use of my product that I had not even considered. It was like shopping at a small neighborhood store that I had been going to for many years.

Sleep direct has a great customer service team. Fast shipping and prices I could afford. I have had two orders so far and the experience has been great. I went to a local health supply store and their customer service acted like they were doing you a favor to wait on you. I called Res med direct and they recommend Sleep Direct and 2 others in my area. The manufacture of the mask I use rep said she has only heard good things about Sleep direct so I e-mailed them and they called me within the hour.

They were very helpful, patient and answered all my questions.

I did the math and with the markup on a machine and services from the local "authorized" dealer and considering my deductible, it was less expensive to buy outright from SleepDirect. The service was outstanding and the price was excellent. the device arrived in a couple of days. Couldn't be more pleased. I really like the Resmed airsense 10 autoset. It is small, quiet and easy to operate. The heated tubing stops the rainout perfectly. Thanks
