my new cpap was setup shipped out quickly!

I checked several companies online before purchasing my Resmed autoset 10, and SleepDirect was the lowest. The shipping was fast and FREE. Everything came in exactly as I ordered. I would highly recommend.

After a lengthy ordering conversation, Sleep Direct sent me the wrong heated hose for my ResMed S9 CPAP machine. However, when they learned of the error they were very apologetic and promptly corrected the error (without me having to pay to return the wrong item). Thanks, Greg -- you now have a happy customer.

My previous machine broke on a fishing trip in August. I was trying to purchase another machine to find out locally this required a new sleep study and returning to another doctor. I was surprised I just couldn't purchase a machine right away. I went on line to search travel machines to discover the Apex. The site was easy to use and had a sale plus free shipping offer. I entered all my information hoping I would be allowed to purchase a new machine. I was thrilled the order went through with a quick promise of delivery. I called about my old prescription and the staff was so cordial and helpful. 3 working days later I received my new machine. Aaaaaah, a perfectly working and quiet new machine!!!!! I am very happy with this product, service, and wonderful treatment. I would recommend the company to anyone!

After waiting a week for another company to deliver I called SleepDirect and they performed flawlessly. Quick to order confirm prescription and shipped same day. Everything arrived in great order and they even helped when I had a question solving the issue over the phone.

The product is great, there was a small part missing, I called sleep direct, because I didn't know who to call, a young man was barely civil to me and told me to call so clean So I did and they were wonderful, I think when you need an adapter you should send a diagram so you know how to use it. I love the product
