Will order from you again , very prompt !

Most helpful on the phone. Orders were correct. No PROBLEMS at all. I would recommend!

I really feel like I got lucky finding SleepDirect.com. Some months ago, I was given a prescription to get a CPAP machine...my first ever. The medical supply company next door to the doctor wanted to "rent" me this huge and ugly, boring CPAP machine. And though I knew nothing about prices for these products, the $1200 they were telling me the CPAP machine would cost sounded very expensive. I did some research online, and found SleepDirect.com. Their prices (for a nicer looking unit) were just a little more than half what the local place wanted. I called, had my prescription faxed to them, paid for the unit, and within 3 days, had my new machine, set to my exact specifications. I'm very very pleased...and hope they will be able to help me with the "supplies..." air filters, mask, hoses, etc...for my first set of supplies, I did utilize the expensive local supplier. I will recommend SleepDirect.com any day of the week to anyone I encounter who is looking for an alternative to the "standard" equipment offered at the local place.

Greg contacted me immediately after I contacted him and he sent a replacement to me at no charge in a couple of days. I also bought a SO CLEAN 2 them and it works great I would highly recommend this company.

Have only had the machine a couple of weeks but it seems to be doing what was advertised. Shipping time to my house from order time was great.

The process of ordering my So clean machine was easy. They had all of the special adapter pieces I need for it. They offer paypal as a method of payment which I love. It came on time and was exactly as described. I would definitely recommend them as a supplier for this type of product

Great price, free shipping, and great product. What else could it be but a Great Transaction.

SimplyGo Extended batteries are hard to find, but they had them at a god price and delivered exactly as they promised!
