The mask smelled so clean after only one use.

Would not hesitate to use sleep direct again

I was able to talk to real people, not machines! They listened and immediately solved my problem, shipped ASAP the items that were missing. Pleasant. A refreshing company to do business with. They actually seemed to care! Thank you so much

A+. Rapid shipping. Items as described. Thank you.

Just try one- you will never go back to another mask.

My order was received on time and was well packaged. When I placed my order for the SoClean2 I didn't know my CPAP machine was going to be updated. I contacted SleepDirect to let them know I needed a different adapter for my new CPAP machine and would return the one that came with my original order. I received a quick response advising me to keep the original adapter as a backup fo my old CPAP and that SleepDirect would be sending me an adapter for my new CPAP at no charge. I call that great customer service!

Everything exactly as it was supposed to be.

I have found Sleep Direct to have better prices than the company I chose to deal with through my doctor when I was first given a prescription for a CPAP. I was looking for a second identical machine for travel and found Sleep Direct's price to be considerably less. They are easy to deal with and alway ship quickly.
