SleepDirect.comReviews of sleepdirect.com

it is everything that I expected and was advertised

All i can say is i just love it, and saves so much time, and am finally free of upper resp. infection. Great product.

Overall a great product but a little difficult getting started. Directions not clear on how to use the machine. One call to the hep desk cleared everything up and it's been great ever since. Unit is unstable on a nightstand. Slides around very easily. Had to put it on the floor in order to use it without crashing onto the floor at night.

I ordered the SoClean machine to clean my bipap machine and realized I needed an adaptor after I received it. the rep was a great help and the delivery was quick.

The humidifier rarely even warmed, even at setting 8. Warmest tank ever got was 97 degrees, and that was rare too. Warming cycle totally bogus. Never went above room temperature. I either have a totally defective machine, or the whole line is defectively designed.

Product was delivered as expected
