lowest price, fast service

I had a hard time reaching the company to place my order. Left several msg with no reply. Once I was able to reach them and place my order I did receive my product quickly after having to pay the over night delivery fee. Once in France with my new device the key pad stopped working. Customer Service via email and phone was slow and with not much initiative. I was provide the contact information for a supplier in France and after three days with no device was provide a replacement unit by the company in France. When you spend close to a $1000 dollars you expect more for a service. Customer Experience is about feeling important, feeling like people care about you and your needs. This company has a long way to go in this area before they can really get and keep customers.
