Before ordering a set of Freedom batteries they answered all my questions over the phone. Then they quickly shipped the batteries to my house and the batteries worked as advertised. Very smooth transaction.

Ordered a part for my CPAP in the morning and it was on its way the same day. Couldn't ask for anything better from any company. I will definitely purchase additional supplies from them in the future.

Sleep Direct and their team went over and above to help with my recent order! Their personal touch helped me get my replacement mask immediately and at a great price! Can't recommend them enough!

Looked at a lot of sites and all where about the same cost for the unit. they where the only one that didn't come with a mask, not readily apparent and when I got the unit with out the mask, the happily sold me a mask, but not the tubing that went from the mask to the main tubing. Further their shipments where supposed to be by certain time and the delivery was not until almost 8 PM. Will never use them again.

My name is Greg Rice and I'm the General Manager here at Sleep Direct. I would very much like to talk with you about your experience with our company. Different websites offer different product bundles - on Sleep Direct, we offer the ability to customize your order to the exact products that work best for you. We are very sorry if that was not obvious in our messaging. I have sent you an email to your private email address. I would much like to talk with you. My direct telephone number is in that email. Please call me any time. Regards. Update 7/26 - Douglas, I've reached out again via email to see if we could talk a bit about your experience with SleepDirect. Would very much like to talk to you.

I only thought I was sleeping well prior to getting my Resmed Airsense S10 Autosense. Now I really sleep. The CPAP machine had before the S10 disturbed my sleep numerous times a night, every night for years. Now I sleep through the night without being disturbed at all. Great machine.
