Very easy to order, great price, and fast shipping

I've only had my so clean a week, but have noticed that my head is not congested and my cough is gone.

first time user for sleep direct, great experience my order was sent out and delivered in two days! jc

The batteries came quickly and were ready to go; the only issue was that I was not told that hooking up two batteries to my Dream Machine as a battery backup, I would need an addition DC cord. After I received my order and found that out, I went to the SleepDirect.com site and could not find the needed cord. I ended up purchasing the cord through Amazon.com.

I needed a soclean while on a trip. I was traveling in Oregon. I called sleepDirect. They answered all my questions and shipped it to my hotel - with no hitches. They emailed me a video of how to install the adapter prior to receiving the unit. The unit was set in 10 min. These folks know how to provide exceptional, personalized customer service.

I am very happy with the purchase and the price of the Soclean2 thank you
