Excellent customer service. No issues with product, service and responses.

I had ordered the So CLEAN Machine on a Sat & received it by Thursday. Very quick to receive this product.

The Customer Service Rep was very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. She told me that she would send the necessary adapter immediately. It arrived within (3) business days. I could not asked for any better help.

we have not had this unit long, my one concern is the way the adapter for the SoClean and the CPAP machine my husband has does not have a tight fit letting some air escape. I am sure this is just an issue between the SoCLean and the ResMed S9 machine he uses. If there is an resolution for this one issue I would really appreciate knowing what it is. Customer service is outstanding, I did order filters that I did not need and receive a fair credit for them.

I love my machine and bought one for my daughter. I have had no problem with mine but she said the smell bothers her. She is still going to use it because it is so much easier and safer than washing it. Hopefully the smell will get better or she gets used to it.

Easy to follow instruction on how to use the So-Clean and so far so good since I used the machine twice since I got it.

Best Price, with shipping included, & the package arrived in less than a week. Better Price than Amazon, & I buy many items on Amazon. Will buy from Sleep Direct again.

So far this product is exactly as advertised. Simple to use and very efficient
