everything i need for my resmed vpaps9 machine was not included the lid replacement was not with the shipment please help. I HAVE HAD THE SO CLEAN MACHINE FOR OVER 2 WEEKS AND NOT ABLE TO USE IT I MUST HAVE THE LID TO HOOK UP THE HOSE TO IT received reply thank you have not received the lid yet
