Very comfortable. Wish the speakers could be moved slightly, they are just a bit too far apart for my ears. Tried to move them but they move back. Needed help obtaining the user manual - Customer Service was great. REVISED RATING: Changed from 4 stars to 3. I experienced same problem I read about in another review - trying to adjust volume and the darn thing initiated a phone call at 3 a.m.!!! Totally unacceptable. Tiny little buttons, trying to distinguish between a short push, a long push, a double push —. NONE OF THAT SHOULD INITIATE A PHONE CALL. Manufacturer needs to include a way to disable the phone feature.

I wrote a review earlier where I was more enthusiastic. Product is still sufficient but the battery life is honestly disappointing. I received a replacement because my first band lasted only about 1.5 nights, sadly I have the same issue with the new one. A full charge again lasts about 1.5 nights. I sleep about 8-9 hours a night and then i turn the band off, so you'd think it would last longer. Sadly, in the second night I'll be woken up between 6-7AM with a (in my opinion, annoying) voice saying "batter low, please charge". So that's fun. In short, I like the product apart from some small things that could use some adjustment, therefore I do recomment it but you'll have to charge it every day if you don't want to be woken up. Or perhaps if you sleep fewer hours than I do haha.

Very well made and quality material. Unfortunately, as a side sleeper, this doesn't really work for me. The speakers themselves are quite thick and hard, making it somewhat uncomfortable on your ear when laying down. Would recommend it for anyone who sleeps on their backs, but side sleepers may not enjoy this.
