Extraordinary Customer Service, Solid Chair
Everything about this company has surpassed my expectations. Extraordinary customer service. Extraordinary. My chair is an honest to goodness value for the money—insofar as nothing about it feels like an "on a budget" item. It feels premium and, well, y'know... everything you'd want out of a really good chair. I highly recommend Sleek Modern Furniture and will buy from them again.

Great value and service

(Updated) Its been a month and I still haven't…
Its been a month and I still haven't recieved my order! Update: The company reached out to me with an incredibly generous compensation for my trouble with shipping. I was very impressed and will certainly shop with them again!

Their customer service is first class!
I ordered a bedroom set from this company. Now there were some problems with the distributor, but the customer service staff was with me every step of the way. I have never experienced such wonderful care and service from any company EVER! Special thanks to Amanda and Catherine who both went the extra mile(s and miles) to make everything right. I would recommend this company over any other furniture store online.
