READ THE REVIEWS! Fraudulent company. Will debit you for purchases and then take months of “business days” to cancel an order for products they probably never had in the first place. Go elsewhere! There are many companies to purchase furniture from online - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SLEEK MODERN. Placed an order on November 30th and it has yet to ship. Product is and has been in stock with the manufacturer. My credit card was charged right after purchase, so over a month ago, with no shipping information. I have called and emailed. I eventually get an email but never any information from Sleek Modern as to when my sofa will ship. I have confirmation from the product manufacturer that they have the product and the shipping delay is not on their end. I sent an email to Sleek Modern on 1/9/19 with no response, called 1/11/19 so they had to talk to me. I was assured that they will call me by end of day with information and guess what....... NO CALL NO EMAIL NOTHING. You really should not give this company any money.

Horrible customer service. If you watch the review trends over these past 3 years, their service gradually went "south". Just spent close to 3 months dealing with their lack of communication and poor freight service just to have the CEO just give a credit back. They said they were dropping the certain manufacturers line of product and the certain freight company. Yep, all others faults.

No update despite being well beyond the estimated shipping/delivery window. A request for an update was met with a generic response, but no actual follow-up. Over a month, and no communication, no idea, no furniture.

This company has the worse customers service ever. We ordered a dinning table and never received it. We reached out the company multiple times and they couldn't explain when we can get the piece of the furniture. After they said that they will contact us with the details and it never happened. Now, we are waiting forever for the table and don't have idea when we will have it. THE WORSE! I have no trust in this company and probably their products.

The file cabinet I ordered is poor quality. I can't find my order information under my account. I can't do anything about a piece of furniture that I bought, paid too much for and am not satisfied with.
