Sleek Modern FurnitureReviews of sleekmodernfurniture.com

I've never bought furniture online and was pretty hesitant to get something sight unseen but I decided to order a desk chair from them. After submitting the order, I received an email with tracking information the same day and not only did it arrive quickly and without damage but it looked just like what was shown on the site. Overall I was very happy with the purchase process and communication from the seller.

Great customer service!!! Mike was super helpful with finding me office chair options. I recieved tracking within one day of placing my order. My order got here on time. No-hassle purchase!!

The team at SLM know service. When we had a problem with an item we purchased, they made it right... Immediately. Great selection, fast service, and good value for decorating our new office. Highly recommended.

Sleek Modern was absolutely great. The chair I ordered was not in inventory, so they gave me an option of waiting a couple of weeks to receive what I ordered at a discount, or I could get a different but similar chair right away, also at a discount. I chose the different chair, it came in within a few days, and I love it! All correspondence with Sleek has been pleasant and I even received responses on the weekend.

I cannot say enough fantastic things about the customer service that I received while shopping for furniture for our future nursery at Sleek Modern Furniture. Like anyone shopping for furniture online, I had a lot of questions about the pieces, as well as the shipping and returns policy. I emailed this company on a weekend and was surprised to get a response within just a few hours. The response was incredibly personalized and thorough and led to many follow up emails. I honestly felt as though I was emailing with a friend, not a company. They were professional yet personable and incredibly helpful in every way possible. I had some crazy requests, like holding the shipping date and price matching, and they were so accommodating, meeting my every need. I will definitely be shopping at Sleek Modern Furniture in the future, and I would recommend it to anyone. They have a great selection of unique modern pieces, but their customer service is really what has me hooked.

I ordered a chair for my fiancé as a Christmas present. We had been looking all over for an eames concept chair that was the right color...and right price. We were so excited to find the perfect style and color within our price range. I ordered the chair in early December. I received an email shortly after that the chair was back ordered. The sleek team communicated the situation and offered alternative purchase options. I was not interested in the other options and decided to wait for my original order, however, I did appreciate that an alternative was offered. The chair arrived within the timeline that was communicated. It was easy to assemble, and my fiancé was thrilled with the quality and look of the chair. I would recommend Sleek Modern Furniture to anyone looking to purchase modern pieces, and I plan to use them for future purchases.

Sleek Modern will be my go-to place for furniture from now on! My order shipped fast and was delivered to my door two days earlier than expected. The couch I bought is incredibly high quality and I look forward to using it for years to come! Great stuff!

I ordered 6 chairs from SMF. Although I initially had trouble getting the correct quantity filled out in the field on the site, I was able to speak to an actual person and complete the order. There was a delay (the wrong color was shipped to the U.S. port) the customer service rep was sincerely concerned and kept me updated and informed about the timing and how to track the delivery. The chairs arrived in perfect condition. I should mention I got the best price on the chairs I could fine. Love SMF!
