Hi Amber, We're sorry there was confusion with your order. Please notice that you only ordered 2 items. In order to get a free item, you're supposed to add 3 items to your cart and then the system automatically makes one of the items free. It will not automatically add a free item for you. Please contact us before placing your next order, and we will add a complimentary free item of your choice. Best, Maya
