Smells different then the sample i got from Ipsy. I had to pay a very expensive international shipping fee but I over looked that because I was obbsesed with how my hair smelled and felt after using the sample I got from ipsy. I was very disappointed that this product smelled very different and yet the ingredients listed are all the same so I'm not sure why that is.

What happened to the scent?? I opened the bottle expecting and excited for the same scent and was completely let down. I’ll not be buying this product again until the scent is the same as the one that drew me to it at first. “Scent sensitive people?” What about those of us that like it?? Why not make two, one of each? It makes zero sense.

I was hoping to get a fresh scent on my hair since I seen other reviews that the scent was awesome. After a couple of uses it there is no scent what so ever. It’s not worth the price, nor would I recommend it l. I wish I could return it as well.

I was sent an item that I did not order, instead of the shampoo that I ordered. Unfortunately, this was for a gift and now I won't have the gift ready in time. I am glad that customer service offered to ship the bottle I ordered right away, but this was very inconvenient.

I had an item missing in my package. After two emails, still now response. I love the deep conditioner though.
