Not enough product
I bought this product on a whim after receiving a sample in my ipsy bag. I love the product and it makes my hair so soft and shiny. As a hair stylist this really pleased me. However, I’m really disappointed in the amount of product you receive for the price you pay. I won’t be ordering again.

Hi Mary, I'm very sorry the amount of product disappointed you. We received your message through Helpdesk yesterday and immediately weighed some of our hair masks. The weight mentioned in the package corresponded with the actual weight. Our customer service representative came back to you with an explanation why it may look like there's less product: our jars are made bigger intentionally so they wouldn't explode from pressure during air travel. Simply amazing
This is the best shampoo and conditioner I have ever used to deeply condition and bring life and bounce to my hair.. no heavy buildup ..it's amazing..
