Fast shipping, great promotions, great company!

I ordered a small $5 hair de tangled for travel they forgot to ship it instead they refunded me. I would rather have had the product shipped.

Didn't receive my products and contacted them right away and it's going on the next business day with no response regarding my order!

Great product, timely delivery, variety of fresh colors.

Product is not as described. Marketed for those with long hair if your hair won’t fit in the hair wrap, but the 19.4” width of the towel is too small to even wrap around your head for the rest of your long hair to fit along the 41” length. Super disappointing because I really love the color and feel of material. Shipping was a disaster, took 2 weeks when they said it’d be 3-5 days. Almost impossible to get in touch with someone over the phone to ask about shipping. The phone number they have in their emails is not up-to-date and you have to hung around for their actual number which they make hard to find.

The shampoo can be more clarifying.The mask,serum and conditioner are great.

I ordered Silk's Leave in Conditioner @ $22.00 with a $10 coupon what code $100 f is in $100FF5790f4f5eef0. The package label was included however what I received was a 6.8 Oz silkies hair detangler spray. I order products from y'all I'm very upset with this I need someone to please contact me as soon as possible thank you for your time. Tammy L. Parisher
