So far the customer service has been great super responsive. I has!some quality issues. Once I sent a picture in Sue immediately offered to send a new duvet to me. No excuses or pushback. Refreshing.

I purchased the quilt bc the cat hair all over the ones I had was impossible to get out. The cat hair does not stick and pill to this quilt!

I love my sofa cover. It's really thick, good quality and looks very pretty, just like the picture.

I got the starry night one. It took over a month. However, customer service explained and gave options. I was glad when I received it. The sofa cover can be used on both sides in my opinion.

The sofa cover and pillow I purchased are great.
