Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the FURRFREE bedding did not meet your expectations. We understand your frustration, especially since you purchased this product with the hope of better managing pet hair. Our FURRFREE bedding is designed with a smooth and comfortable fabric intended to help reduce hair adhesion compared with many traditional fabrics; however, no bedding material can completely prevent pet hair from sticking, especially with pets that frequently sleep or move on the bed. The result can also vary depending on the type of pet hair, fabric interaction, washing method, and drying conditions. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and your feedback is valuable to us as we continue to improve our products. We would be happy to look into your specific situation if you contact our customer support team with your order details and photos. Thank you again for your honest feedback. We are always committed to providing products and service that better meet our customers’ needs.
