UK my arse - lying company
I would leave 0/5 if I could. Another one of those shitty companies that tries to deceive you by putting a ‘UK’ in their title when it’s all coming from China. Ordered ages ago, delivery takes forever. I want a full refund!

Do not shop from this website I ordered…
Do not shop from this website I ordered a rug over two months ago and it still hasn’t shipped now I believe they have stolen my money and not sending the product I thought I was purchasing!!! Could be a giant scam !

Garbage “Made in China” quality
Garbage quality. Didn’t realize it was cheap, made in China junk. I usually try to read reviews ahead of time but was desperate to find a protector blanket for my leather couch from my dogs. I can’t believe I fell for their marketing. DO NOT BUY! This is very low quality merchandise at a premium price.

Worst company I’ve ever seen
I wish I could give this company ZERO stars. I ordered a rug months ago, and it still hasn’t arrived. Every time I contact customer support, I get the same generic response—no real updates, no tracking, just empty promises. It’s clear they don’t care at all about their customers once they take your money. To make things even worse, their phone line is mysteriously “disconnected”—how convenient! They clearly don’t want to be held accountable for their terrible service. At this point, I don’t even know if I’ll ever receive my order. The lack of transparency and basic customer service is beyond frustrating. If you’re thinking about ordering from this company—DON’T. They are nothing but scammers who take your money and disappear. I will be warning everyone I know to stay far away from this shady business.

Money taken but no delivery
I ordered my rug on the 24th January. I didn’t receive no confirmation but money has been taken from my account!! Nearly a month and I haven’t received the item I ordered. How can I contact this company?

Another foreign company doing their scams
I ordered from Slashop in January 2025. It has been in “processing”, with zero responses from 3 different emails. I’m feeling quite certain these rugs, and the company are a scam. Such a shame that so many reviews are in sync with my experience. Not happy with no response!

It’s a scam!!
Terrible! My order never arrived and I am being ignored by customer service. They have taken my money, acknowledged that my order is missing and are now ignoring me. I have asked for a refund and am yet to hear back. Terrible terrible customer service.
