Misrepresented product. Does require more light and water than advertisements state. Also, if over watering occurs it will rot. Save your time and money. I reached out to the company regarding a return and they declined. Filing a compliant with the BBB and disputing my charge with my credit card company.

I ordered 3 tree of life terrariums from them. I returned 1 and they charged me 25.00 to deduct from my refund. I refused #2 from delivery (my right) and when it arrived at their facility they also refused the package! Who does that? I have yet to see my refund for the 2 terrariums? #3 has died and the moss is moldy so I reached out to them so I can return it (still within my 30 day window) and I swear they are all about money!! They want to refund me but keep 70.00 for some fee??? I’m not a plant person I have fake plants all over my house and they offered to send me a plant to replant! I told them no! I couldn’t do it! They don’t care about the customer at all! They never answer the phones! They say leave a message but they don’t return calls! They hide behind their products! Their cowards! I retained a lawyer and I’m taking them to court! This has to stop! I’m not beyond getting on a plane and serving them! Give me my fricken money back! I’m going to go on all your social media ads Instagram, Facebook, ticktock and in comments tell my story and warn people! They make the customers jump thru hoops just to get a refund. And charge me a 25.00 shipping fee to return each one. Be warned! Let’s see how rude and how they blame me, the customer on their reply like I see they have on all their other replies!!

Customer service was rude and told me to “pay attention” when I pointed out the tracking information showed the item being rerouted. But customer service blamed me when the item never even made it to me

Horrid experience. First one I inver got - broke in shipping but no one bothered to ever tell me until I required where it was at. They sent a second one - glass intact but tree completely dead - when I inquired they said I could buy a new tree for another $50.00. I have also been trying to get refund on a horse minature for the terrarium that I paud $15 for and nothing ever came. Will never order from this company again!

It's been 3 weeks and I've emailed twice with a response that doesn't add up. I just get a tracking number that a label has been created. And I'm being told it takes 3 days for usps to update tracking. It's supposed to be 2-3 day shipping. Almost certain I have been scammed. If it actually shows up I will update this review
