It worked, then it didn't.
Bought the trial pack for my teenage daughter and the first application was a dream, working exactly as advertised. After the second application though, her underarm skin became extremely itchy and irritated. Reached out to customer service, who were very nice but they couldn't really offer any explanation. I was a little disappointed that they did not offer to send her another trial considering that it had initially impressed and I had said she was keen to try it again but also nervous. Not sure if I should pay to run the risk a second time, and/or if I should try myself.
