No tickets, it says that you'll get your tickets within 4 hours. False, I woke up this morning and no ticket at all.

The phone response time is awful I left my number as they asked and there was no return call for four hours. I called again and was put on hold for about 20 minutes and finally spoke with a representative that told me the problem was not them; but that United Airline had not approved things yet and had me on standby. I told the rep that United is in fact showing as we speak seats on that particular flight--he said he could book me on the flight for an additional $500. He thought I should take a Delta flight with a layover in Minneapolis instead that would only add 1 1/2 hours to total duration. I explained that one traveler was on oxygen and that was not a good solution. He became irate and said then he would just cancel the whole transaction; that he could not work with me if I didn't want to take any other flight than the one I signed up originally for!! They are definitely bait and switch and the aggravation factor makes it easier to pay the airlines directly rather than working with sketchy excuses as to why they cannot provide tickets or blame the airlines. They should have a better rapport with the airlines than I do, since they have the opportunity to book many more flights daily than the single traveler!

No Tickets. I’ve been waiting for my tickets for over two days. They said yesterday and the day before “you’ll get your tickets by the end of the day.” Still No Tickets. Update: After eight days of being told to be patient, "you will get your tickets," and speaking with Nick, Michael, Adam, and Mr. Austin Smith, I've had enough of the lies. Still. No. Tickets. Tickets can't be issued at the price quoted... As another reviewer noted, she had the same problem. I first had suspicions when their site would not let me book for two tickets and I had to speak to a person (Nick) who said that he could issue the tickets at a slightly higher price. These guys are a scam. After eight days, I was told the price quoted could't be delivered. So I independently bought tickets after the eight days of the Skyhikes runaround for $450/ticket more than they had promised. Sorry if they don't like an honest review. Convincing salesmen, but not to be trusted.
