At the last minute
At the last minute, I had to use Southwest credit from 1 year ago. The first agent I called was unable to help me use the credit from my own cancelled flight and my daughter's. The second agent I spoke to (I do not have his name) on June 19th was able to book 2 one way flights so I could use both credits for one passenger. I truly appreciate the help in using funds that could have been lost. I appreciate helpful customer service in this time where that art seems to be disappearing.

Ronie was so kind and attentive to my family and I. He took care of all the details making sure we had comfortable seats while trevaling with a baby and a small child, he went above and beyond and we are so thankful to him. He represented Copa air wonderfully well!
