Representative Denver was extremely patient and helpful. If I ever have to speak to a representative again I hope it’s Denver. Spoke with Denver again today. Had to make changes due to funeral arrangement changes. You should be very proud to have Denver as an employee. He was extremely helpful and patient with me. Recently we tried to call Lufthansa to upgrade our seats from Premium Economy to Preferred Premium Economy on a flight from Vancouver to Frankfurt. We ended up dealing with Skyhikes and there was confusion about the change and we were charged a fee .We spoke to Charles Green, a Supervisor who was professional and very helpful. He arranged for us to be reimbursed the full amount
