Absolute scam
Absolute scam. I was told I would get a refund but first had to purchase tickets then would wait 4 hours to get the refund. They booked the wrong dates of the trip and charged me for it then said oh sorry we'll refund you bye and hung up. Nothing was refunded. I tried calling back multiple times over multiple days and it was rare someone answered my call. If they did, they would hang up shortly - I imagine after realizing I was someone they scammed that was pissed off and wanted a refund. Their reply to this review is absolute crap.
