Ronnie was extremely helpful with my check in process. I have not flown United in a while and didn’t understand the rules about the carry on. He was very patient and walked me thru the process. He is a great asset to your company.

I had a great experience working with…
I had a great experience working with Neil Smith from Skyhikes. My mom's flight had to be changed due to a medical emergency in our family and he made sure that we were able to get the dates we wanted with waiving change of fee and taxes on the flight. He was very helpful and definitely made our day today :)
