Max was wonderfully helpful. He was easy to communicate with and I felt understood. Traveling can be so stressful but his cheery disposition made me feel better about having shell out a "confirmation fee" when u bought my tickets almost a month earlier with no mention of a fee 😹 Cheers, Max!
