Great company to work with, customer services is always spot on, little late on answer but problems have been solved we will continue to work with them

I did receive the correct part but there was some confusion as I received an email to indicate that it had arrived even though the part was still in the warehouse. Not a big deal.

Good service and timely shipment

Good prices make up for ok service. Shipping was good.

You have an extensive source for parts, but you can always improve for communications.

Had some issues with the website beyond placing an order.

BE CAREFUL! I ordered parts, got a ship date 2 weeks in the future (too late for me. Emailed cancellation request right away (1 hour after placing the order). Desiree Baldelli responded saying they'd only give partial refund and charge a restocking fee. Very inflexible. UPDATE: I was VERY pleased to receive a call from Kathy Bates about this. She refunded the cancellation fee, and apologized. For me, it's not the money as much as the negative attitude of the responses from the original salesperson. I suggested that the expected shipping date be posted prominently for customers before placing the order, to reduce confusion. Her call meant a lot, and I plan to continue as a customer due to it. I'm changing this review to 4 stars for now, but if the website becomes more clear, this will be a 5 star review.
