Certifications Getting the certifications that I needed for my safety wire was a huge hassle. A few times a customer service rep said they would send over the paperwork and after waiting hours, they didn't so I would have to call again and either wait on hold to talk to the same rep or talk to someone new and re-explain the situation. The product itself is fine.

Hi, ordered a case of oil. Paid with a credit card so payment was completed instantly. After several emails, I finally got the oil shipped to me after about two weeks. I'm guessing I got lost in the computer some where. It's not that I've ever made a mistake, so I am just telling you my experience since you have asked me. I have ordered from Skygeek in the past and have not had this problem. thanks, John

I received HAZMAT items that were leaking so I contacted SkyGeek to return. I have not received any instructions on how to return the product yet or when we'll be receiving replacements.

Showed item "in stock" so I ordered. They did not ship and when I called they told me they only ship same day or next day if you pay the extra $10. Not sure when the item will show up. They claim it will be 3 business days after the order.

They completely screwed up the simplest order. Then they started making excuses, even calling me "obnoxious" for complaining about asking for an invoice for the order they screwed up,,,,, had to ask 3 times! Don't use them!!!!!!!
