When placing my order on these items, they say they are non returnable with ship date that worked for my company. As that time approached the date changed a couple of times. So I then placed an order with another vendor just in case. I am glad I did because we did not get these until after they were needed. I got them a week later than their final shipping date said. Now I am stuck with 500.00 of parts that I can not return

The product was easy to find on the site and priced competetively but the service has been non existent. I ordered my product two weeks ago and can not get any answers as to where it is or when it will be delivered. Not likely to order from them again.

A simple order of aircraft hardware. Price was good, but service was not. The order was broken into two different shipments about a week and a half apart.Shipping was extremely slow and no communication whatsoever about a back order.

I just got some adhesive. When I made the purchase, it said there were plenty in stock, but it still took over a week for the order to ship.

Not respected delays,

It took forever to get o-rings I ordered and I had no indication that some were back ordered.

Unfortunately you have so many products no one specializes in one so they don't know what they're selling you

I ordered at SkyGeek, because they were supposed to have everything in stock. Instead of a single shipment with all my items, I got 5 shipments. One of which I have to return, because they sent me completely unrelated items. I will probably not order at SkyGeek again.
