Mike was good.....great communication…
Mike was good.....great communication and got the issue resolved......only problem was he said I would get seating in the main cabin which did not happen but that's fine.

Natalia did a good job with booking our tickets. The only problem is that the call today came from a call center and I am 75 years old. I could barely hear her over the background noise of other callers. Please use headsets to block the noise so I can hear.
