**FRAUD ALERT: Fake Bookings and No Tickets** I booked a work trip from St. Petersburg to Key West for 7/24/26. They promised my "passes" 24 hours before departure, but they never arrived. When I contacted "Hazel," she claimed the airline was "delaying" the passes. I called Allegiant Air directly, and they confirmed **no reservation was ever made** and the flight is fully booked. When confronted, Hazel refused to answer the phone and switched to vague texts, promising updates by 10 PM and "alternate options." This is a bait-and-switch scam. They take your money, never book the seat, and leave you stranded the night before a trip. Do not trust this "agency"—they are dealing in shady, fraudulent business practices. I am currently fighting for a refund through my bank. **STAY AWAY.**

Everything about them seems so scammy I was desperate for some flights and booked some cause they were advertised cheap (but the website gives standby prices) but even after it’s still pretty cheap Immediately got called by a foreigner and worked with me through a process. I paid and they said they don’t give boarding passes till 24 hrs prior which seemed sketchy but I waited anyway the time comes to get my boarding pass the agent I worked with stopped replying and their office number was closed I panicked and bought a new flight. Next morning about 10 hours before the flight they booked me they sent the original boarding pass. After some back and fourth on some phone calls explaining how they were in the wrong for that (they were lowkey not trying to give me a refund by saying they sent the passes but like it was so late). They eventually caved and did the refund process. I just got my money back today I’d say book at your own risk!
