We had a funeral to attend California and I found this website because they were giving tickets for low cost. The website looks legitimate but don't fall for it. I booked my flight on November 4 for my flight on November 6th at 7 am. However, I never got my confirmation for my flight. On November 5th, I called them to ask when are the tickets being sent and they said that it will be sent at 1 am, on the same day as my flight at 7 am. I've booked flights before and usually I get my tickets right away from email. I stayed up all night waiting for the tickets to arrive but they never did. I called them at 2 am and they never picked up my call. I kept calling but they didn't pick up. These good reviews are fake. I think the people that work for them make these good reviews to make this company look legit. We checked their phone number area code but its not New Jersey area code since they are saying that their office is in New Jersey. This 833 area code is a toll code that can be from anywhere in the United States or Canada. We have reported this to the police.

Absolute worst experience! I booked a ticket with them for 507$ they called me saying that that promotion is unavailable and wanted to charge me $900 for the ticket. At the same time another agent calls and says they would only charge me $99 to guarantee the ticket. I paid., the charge went through on my card. It is then that the stress and nightmare began. They could not provide me with an itinerary confirmation #. They kept saying I will get it in an hour or EOD. Now it's 24 hrs before my flight and I still have no ticket. All fake names! This company is a scam and a disaster to deal with! Just awful!

COMPLETE SCAM! DO NOT TRUST! They collect your credit card and personal info in order to reserve your ticket. After entered, the "thank you page" states that you only made a reservation request, your ticket status is incomplete, and you must call their phone number to confirm reservation. When you call, the price of the ticket becomes the same high price as if you book directly with the airline. When you try to cancel the "request" they ask you what price you are willing to pay. At that point, don't pay anything, because you will show up to the airport without any ticket! The phone support will argue with you in circles and doing anything to NOT cancel your request. I recommend also canceling your card and getting a new one, or continuously check for weird charges!

SkyDay Travel & Tourism LLC is fradulent entity. Book with them at your own risk. They falsely advertised a round trip ticket for an international destination on Delta Airlines. I entered my information and credit card details into their website and made the booking. Only to find out that they booked the wrong dates, and then they were asking me for more more "because the airline changed the prices". I knew something was up when they would ask me to text them the code from my credit card company while the agency was charging my credit card for the itinerary/booking. My suspicion led me to call Delta Airlines directly. A Delta Airline representative told me that the booking was not linked to any travel agent - the booking is showing as if I were the one making the booking. The whole debacle spanned a period of about four days. When I then decided to book my trip myself with Delta, the ticket prices for my original travel dates had doubled. I will be suing SkyDay for damages, and the difference in the airfare I had to pay because of the fraudulent scheme they were trying to run on me. Negative five stars. Will not recommend.

I booked a flight for November 28 2024 from 8:30 am and they tried to change it to 10 pm. if I cancelled they were going to charge me $160. I had to change my flight for the 29th and ended up spending almost $200 more. Very unhappy for first time using this Viva company

I was scammed. This company charged me separately for flight ticket and taxes and other fees separately and caused me to missed my traveling date. I canceled the flight. I only got my flight ticket cost of $1069 back but they have been neglecting me and refused to pay me for the taxes and other charges of $144.96.
