Exceptional Natalia
Natalia, was excellent. She ensured that we received a package that suit out needs. She patient and provides authentic human connection that builds out trust. This will be our first time flying on Delta Airlines so we are looking forward to a great experience. Natalia you were awesome! Continue to keep up the good work. I wish every booking agent exemplifies the same qualities as you! Thanks a million
